Terms of Service for Alysia Hargus Photography

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Alysia Hargus Photography and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of service or purchase. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and PayPal.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital downloads are subject to personal-use licensing or commercial-use licensing, depending on the individual scope of usage.  All print and digital sales are final.

For contracted photography services, a two-week cancellation notice is required.  If a retainer is paid at the time of scheduling of services, a full refund of retainer will be paid if cancellation is received by Photographer before the two-week cancellation requirement.  If the client cancels after the two-week cancellation requirement, only 50% of the retainer paid will be refunded.  If cancelling within 48hrs of service date, 100% of retainer/deposit will be forfeited. 

7. Limitation of Liability
Alysia Hargus Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website or its content.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alysia Hargus Photography, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the website.

9. Changes to Terms
Alysia Hargus Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Union County, Georgia.
